The staff flu vaccination programme forms part of the Council's Seasonal Health Strategy and supports the health, wellbeing and resilience of the workforce during the winter period. The Provider will be required to deliver a safe, accessible and confidential seasonal influenza vaccination service for eligible employees. The objectives of the Service are to: * Increase access to seasonal influenza vaccination for eligible employees identified by the Council. * Increase uptake of the influenza vaccine amongst eligible employees. * Promote awareness and understanding of the seasonal influenza vaccination programme. * Support the reduction of influenza transmission and infection, particularly amongst frontline staff and those working with vulnerable individuals. * Deliver a user-friendly, non-judgemental, person-centred and confidential vaccination service from Council premises located across North Yorkshire. * Supply, administer and record influenza vaccinations in accordance with all applicable legislation, clinical standards, professional requirements and data protection obligations. * Provide management information and performance data as required by the Council. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provision of the Procurement Act 2023 does not apply to this award.
