## Summary

The procurement process led by the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is currently at the tender stage, inviting participation in the "National Framework Agreement for Radiology Capacity Management Solutions (PSR) 2026 reopening." This initiative falls under the medical imaging services industry category and is geographically situated in the United Kingdom. The procurement is conducted through an open procedure and is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The framework agreement, valued at £25 million, starts on 1st September 2026 and runs for four years. Interested parties have until 1st September 2026, 14:00 BST to submit their tenders electronically. The award period commences on 3rd September 2026.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in medical imaging services, consultancy in business and management, or those providing temporary clinical staff and diagnostic equipment. Suppliers capable of delivering radiology capacity management solutions or offering financial arrangements such as rent-to-own equipment will find this tender particularly aligned with their expertise. With two distinct lots—one focusing on radiology solutions and another that includes equipment financing—there is ample scope for innovative service delivery. This framework not only seeks to enhance healthcare efficiency but also provides substantial growth prospects for suppliers within the health services sector, enabling them to reinforce their presence in the UK market.
