## Summary

Sellafield Limited, a public authority under sub-central government, is planning a procurement process for Software Asset Management (SAM) Services. The tender will be conducted under the Technology Services 4 Framework (TS4) Agreement, primarily focusing on infrastructure management. The procurement is currently in the planning stage with a Request for Information (RFI) being conducted to gather insights and feedback. Sellafield Limited operates from Warrington, United Kingdom, and interested suppliers must submit their feedback by 13th August 2026. The competitive process is expected to launch in October 2026, with potential contract initiation starting on 5th April 2027 and continuing until April 2030, with a possibility of renewal until 2031.

This tender offers significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in IT services, consulting, software development, and support. SMEs are particularly encouraged to participate, as the procurement is designed with their suitability in mind. Companies with expertise in software licence management, compliance assessments, and technical support for SAM tools like Flexera are well-suited to compete. Given the scale and scope of the tender, it represents a substantial opportunity to build a long-term relationship with Sellafield Limited, potentially impacting decision-making processes, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation strategies within the industry.
