This contract award has been made following Direct Award Process A (The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Regulation 7) The lifetime Value of the contract is PS1,549,896,296 (per annum PS387,474,074 (Surrey & Sussex ICB) 3 years with optional 1 year extension. The contract will start on 01/04/2026 and end 31/03/2029. Contract values for Associate Commissioners not yet agreed: (3 year contract + 1 year extension) NHS Thames Valley ICB NHS Frimley ICB NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB NHS South West London ICB NHS West & North London ICB NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire NHS England This notice has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
