This may vary throughout the term as this is a demand lead service which the Authority will need to respond to. The split of volumes across each Lot may vary and be dependant on the ability of Lot 1 providers being able to meet the demand within the neighbourhoods they are allocated. The volumes and values attributed to either Lot are not fixed or guaranteed. Renewal: The option to extend is for up to 36 months in any number of configurations. Extensions will be used at the sole discretion of the contracting authority. The framework and contracts will be managed, and performance monitored, throughout the term which will support any option to extend. Ongoing requirements and service scope will also be considered.
