### Procurement Information

Ofwat has placed a requirement on water companies to have 115 BPC units per company purchased. Due to the complexity and timeline of this procurement, we have had to Direct Award to guarantee meeting timescales. We have a Framework currently out to tender which will allow us to purchase BPC units through a PA23 compliant process from December 2026.
