SMG's ecommerce platform is operated on Shopify Plus and includes a range of own-brand, exhibition-related, educational and retail merchandise products. The appointed supplier will be required to provide third-party logistics and fulfilment services that support a high-quality customer experience and align with SMG's brand values and service expectations. SMG's current contract is with an external third-party logistics provider for warehousing and fulfilment services. The existing contract expires on 30 June 2027 and SMG is seeking to appoint a provider to support a managed transition and seamless commencement of fulfilment services from 1 July 2027.
