Insert new fire cavity barriers, new rigid insulation, new masonry (and pointing) and all other related miscellaneous items to complete the external facade works. *Standing seam zinc location; to recessed top floor level *Standing seam zinc works: strip back standing seam zinc cladding, hanging brackets, rigid insulation to exposed sheathing board level. Insert new fire cavity barriers, new zinc cladding support brackets, new rigid insulation and all other related miscellaneous items to complete the external facade works. *Curtain walling/spandrel panel location; to the top floor level on the front and flank elevation (as a feature piece) and used as a feature in select areas on the front elevation. *Curtain walling works; panels to be retained.
