        "description": "The Council is intending to undertake a procurement exercise for a redesigned Young People's Accommodation and Independence Pathway for young people aged 16 to 25. This pre-market engagement exercise is intended to inform the market of the Council's proposed procurement process, service requirements and indicative timelines. It will also provide an opportunity for providers to seek clarification and consider their participation in the forthcoming tender exercise.
