  ROOF REPLACEMENT DESIGN REPORT This scope of works sets out the requirements for the procurement, planning, safe removal, lawful disposal and replacement of the existing asbestos-containing roof slate covering to the Mansard elevations at The Suite, Shire House, Bodmin. The appointed contractor will be required to coordinate and deliver the works in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012), the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015), relevant health and safety legislation, environmental duty-of-care requirements and the agreed project specification, including the provision of all necessary labour, materials, access, temporary protection, plant, waste management and completion documentation.
