The Contract will initially cover Property Services (commercial/corporate buildings) and will be expanded to include Housing stock, communal residential buildings and additional Council assets during the contract term. The Council requires a proactive compliance partner capable of supporting statutory compliance, life safety protection, asset assurance, lifecycle management and continuous improvement across its active fire safety systems.
