The supplier and any subcontractors must hold BS EN ISO 9001 certification or an equivalent quality standard. Products must meet MHRA and National Patient Safety Agency guidance on packaging and labelling. Any medical devices and associated ancillary items must comply with the UK Medical Devices Regulations 2002, have an appropriate declaration of conformity and carry a valid CE, CE UKNI or UKCA mark before framework commencement. Bidders must also provide a climate change plan and agree to support community benefits, including reporting delivered or proposed outcomes in Scotland.
