The Contractor shall comply with all applicable felling licence conditions, FISA guidance, British Standards, environmental legislation and health and safety requirements relevant to the works. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable felling licence conditions, FISA guidance, British Standards, environmental legislation and health and safety requirements relevant to the works.
