Each pathway is supported through a custom episode structure covering the full client journey, from referral and enrolment through consultations, exercise sessions, pathway-specific reviews and pre- and post-delivery consultations. In addition to the structured data collection forms used throughout the pathway, the system also includes more than 150 bilingual letter templates in English and Welsh, helping to ensure consistent communication and administration across the national scheme.

Replicating this integration with another supplier would involve additional third-party costs and implementation risk. * Operational and financial efficiencies: The proposal offers fixed pricing over a three-year period (with optional extensions), ensuring cost certainty and avoiding the additional implementation, transition, and training costs associated with a new supplier. * Existing support, training, and service model: The supplier provides an established support infrastructure, onboarding materials, SLA, and ongoing system updates, reducing risk and ensuring continuity of service delivery.
