## Summary

Staffordshire County Council intends to commission a research provider to assess the effectiveness of health visiting services for Staffordshire residents aged 0–19 years. The work will be a retrospective cohort study examining outcomes for a representative sample of more than 8,000 babies born in 2021/22 whose parents accessed health visiting services.
