## Summary

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is procuring construction works to improve 31 bungalows within Stoke-on-Trent. The requirement covers renewal of external cladding and roofing, installation of integrated meter box doors, associated external lighting, extraction fans and hard-wired smoke detection. It also includes repainting handrails and cleaning after completion. Asbestos removal is excluded from this contract and will be carried out by others. Asbestos removal capability is not required for this package because that work will be undertaken by others.
