## Summary

Leicestershire County Council intends to procure services for treating residual and bulky waste streams across Leicestershire. The scope includes bulky household waste from household recycling and waste sites, segregated POPs/WUDS, mattresses, street litter, bulk street-litter loads and non-hazardous fly-tipped waste. The service may also cover waste received directly at waste transfer stations or treatment facilities from district and borough councils in Leicestershire, and from other local authorities.
