## Summary

Herefordshire Council is seeking providers to engage with learners and deliver non-accredited tailored learning opportunities across Herefordshire. There is the potential for one or more partial awards to be made in limited circumstances. Any partial award will be based on the rates, prices and terms submitted in the tender and will involve a proportionate reduction in the volume of delivery and price only.
