The British High Commission Kigali seeks to procure a qualified maintenance service provider to deliver preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance services for generators, road blockers, stabilisers and solar heaters across the diplomatic estate. The requirement is for a comprehensive maintenance service covering approximately 20 generators, 2 hydraulic road blockers/bollards, 2 stabilisers and 3 solar heaters, including preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency callouts and replacement parts as required. The new contract will be awarded for an initial period of thirty-six (36) months, with an option to extend for a further twelve (12) months subject to satisfactory performance.
