### Procurement Information

Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) upgrade works were done at ABUHB sites in 2024/25 and as a result a significant proportion of BMS estate is now integrated into Honeywells EBI platform. As the software owner, Honeywell retains control of the EBI licensing and provides manufacturer-level support for the system. These controllers can only be fully maintained, configured, programmed, and supported by Honeywell.
