Relevant health and safety management, quality management, risk management and project delivery experience will support the quality assessment. Suppliers must meet the Council’s corporate social responsibility expectations, including equalities and sustainability, and comply with data protection requirements and ICO registration. CHAS accreditation or equivalent SSIP-recognised accreditation is required. Public and Employer’s Liability insurance is required, alongside financial standing, at least 12 months’ trading history and a minimum Creditsafe Business Risk score of 30/100.

Renewal: The contract includes an option to extend for a period of up to 12 months at the Authority's discretion. The extension may be utilised where additional time is required to complete outstanding works, manage unforeseen project delays, resolve defects, conclude final account procedures or complete contract administration activities associated with the refurbishment programme.
