## Summary

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a partner to provide a fully fitted retail environment at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital in Shrewsbury. The requirement covers retail, restaurant and hospitality-related services, including the design, fit-out and operation of facilities within the hospital. The successful partner will invest in developing the retail unit and recover that investment through operating the facilities under a long-term concession agreement.
