For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. BCP Council, acting on behalf of both BCP Council and Dorset Council, intends to award a contract using the Most Suitable Provider Process for the provision of a fully integrated, open-access Sexual and Reproductive Health Service across the Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, and Dorset local authority areas. The service will be awarded as a single contract and will not be divided into lots.
