The scope includes insurance cover, brokerage where applicable, professional advice, claims management and loss control. Separate service areas cover cyber liability; terrorism through Pool Re and outside Pool Re; directors’ and officers’ liability; professional indemnity; crime and fidelity; alternative risk financing; and the main property, liability and general insurance requirements. This is a financial and insurance services contract, including insurance brokerage (CPV 66510000 and 66518100). Services will support the housing association’s activities in Glasgow, Scotland. The buyer is a body governed by public law and also acts as a central purchasing body for this process. This procurement is at the planning stage: Ardenglen Housing Association has set out an intention to procure, but this record is not an invitation to tender. The expected procedure is a Competitive Flexible Procedure, with bidders selected using responses to a pre-qualification SPD. The buyer expects a further notice on 1 September 2026. The planned contract is for three years from 1 April 2027, with an option for Ardenglen Housing Association to extend it by up to two further years at its sole discretion.
