The service will address unhealthy environments and factors linked to overweight and obesity through physical activity, reducing sedentary behaviour, healthy eating and behaviour change, with health literacy integrated across these areas. This is a health and social care services requirement, including community health and wellness support (CPV 85000000). Delivery is divided across areas within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust and Western Health and Social Care Trust boundaries in Northern Ireland. The requirement is split into four delivery areas: two in the Southern Trust area and two in the Western Trust area.
