The proposals comprise a two-storey tactical firearms training facility of approximately 4,016m2 GIA, including a 50m range with 12 aisles, stores, plant rooms, loading area and associated ancillary hub building. The hub building will support the range and include locker/shower rooms, breakout space, meeting rooms, classrooms and offices. There is no armoury or secure ammunition store proposed. The project also includes a separate two-storey skills training house for non-live fire training, an external training roadway including a roundabout, associated parking including EV spaces, and a proposed substation. The facility is intended to provide firearms training for both the City of London Police and Essex Police.",
