## Summary

Phoenix Energy Group Ltd is procuring commercial insurance for its gas network operations in Northern Ireland, with work covering the group and its subsidiaries. The requirement is divided into 12 policies: three excess layers of public and products liability, property, business interruption, personal accident and travel, computer, terrorism, motor fleet, crime, professional indemnity and cyber insurance. Relevant capability includes underwriting public and products liability across excess layers, property and business interruption risks, personal accident and travel, cyber, crime, terrorism, computer, motor fleet and professional indemnity cover. The motor fleet requirement calls for experience with mixed commercial vehicle and car fleets. Professional indemnity bidders should understand downstream engineering risks. There are 12 separate Insurance Policies required and so this tender is divided into 12 Lots. Namely: LOT NO. 1 - EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 1ST LAYER INSURANCE LOT NO. 2 - EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 2ND LAYER INSURANCE LOT NO. 3 - EXCESS LAYER PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY 3RD LAYER INSURANCE LOT NO. 4 - PROPERTY INSURANCE LOT NO. 5 - BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCE LOT NO. 6 - PERSONAL ACCIDENT & TRAVEL INSURANCE LOT NO. 7 - COMPUTER LOT NO. 8 - TERRORISM INSURANCE LOT NO. 9 - MOTOR FLEET LOT NO. 10 - CRIME INSURANCE LOT NO. 11 - PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE LOT NO. 12 - CYBER INSURANCE Please note, a summary of the 12 policies that are required are further described in the attached "Insurance Tender Summary" document. The estimated values in the individual LOT's include for Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) but are exclusive of VAT. Professional Indemnity Insurance
