The system will replace the existing CODAS, SCADA and programmable logic controller arrangements with an advanced site-wide master SCADA system compliant with the IEC 61850 protocol. The requirement covers design, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning, including an operator workstation in the J5 control room.
