The requirement is for a flexible provider to offer support at a supported housing provision for residents with these needs. This is a health and social work services contract, covering service delivery rather than construction or the provision of accommodation alone. The work will be delivered in Havering, within the London Borough area. The council is the buying organisation and is seeking one provider for the planned service.
