The requirement is for waste-related services, classified under CPV 90500000. Suppliers may be relevant to one or more specialist areas rather than the full range. Services will be delivered in the United Kingdom, with the listed requirements covering sites in several UK locations. The framework is being bought by ORE Catapult, a public undertaking, for waste collection, treatment, recycling, disposal and incident-response services across its operational requirements. The process has reached tender: ORE Catapult invited offers through an open procedure. It is a closed, multi-supplier framework with contracts awarded either with or without reopening competition. Each lot is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises, and the multi-supplier framework allows businesses to compete for a defined service area rather than provide every waste service. Suppliers should be able to demonstrate the economic and technical capability required for their chosen lot and deliver reliably across the United Kingdom.
