Options: The Council reserves the right to make additional purchases of Works/Goods/Services of a similar nature and scope under the contract, on the same terms and conditions, during the contract period, including any approved extensions. Renewal: The contract will run for an initial period 4 weeks. The installation, commissioning and training are to be completed within 4 weeks of contract commencement. Maintenance is an optional element of the contract and, where awarded by the Council, will run for an initial period of 5 years following successful completion and acceptance of the installation, with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years, subject to agreement by both parties.
