The scope is expected to include (but not limited too): * Occupational Health advisory services and case management, including management referrals, fitness-for-work assessments, absence management support, and return-to-work guidance * Pre-employment screening and safety-critical medicals, including questionnaire-based assessments, clinical reviews, and follow-up consultations where required * Health surveillance services delivered through planned onsite activity, including full-day and half-day clinics aligned to operational and regulatory requirements * Management advice and guidance services, including telephone and email support for ad hoc Occupational Health queries * Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and mental health support services, including counselling and specialist support provision * Musculoskeletal support and physiotherapy services * Wellbeing services, including health assessments, "Know Your Numbers" initiatives, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement activity * Workplace assessments, including DSE assessments and workplace adjustment assessments
