This exercise is being undertaken to: * Understand market capacity and capability. * Explore accommodation options. * Inform commissioning intentions. * Assist in determining the most appropriate procurement approach under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). Participation in this exercise does not constitute a call for competition and does not commit the Council to award a contract.
