Bids may be submitted by a single organisation or through a partnership arrangement, including but not limited to an RP working alongside a support provider or other relevant delivery partner. The accommodation provision relates to three separate sites, which are expected to become operational on a phased basis as units achieve practical completion at different times. Bidders should therefore demonstrate their ability to mobilise and scale services in line with the phased handover programme, ensuring accommodation and support are available as each site becomes operational. The accommodation provision will be supported through a separate revenue-funded support contract, ensuring the effective and sustainable delivery of both housing management and person-centred support services. Bidders must demonstrate appropriate experience, financial standing, operational capacity, and governance arrangements to deliver the required accommodation and support outcomes, either directly or through established partnership arrangements.
