The service will support people who require supported living to develop and maintain their skills, increase independence and choice, and live fulfilling lives in their communities. The future model is intended to provide person-centred, strengths-based support that responds to changing needs and aspirations. It is expected to cover service delivery, operating arrangements and delivery models, with scope for effective use of technology, innovation and continuous improvement.
