The intended scope covers housing services, social work and related support, including helping people move from the streets into sustainable accommodation and access wider support for long-term stability, independence and wellbeing. The Council is seeking market insight on current provision, emerging good practice, service improvement and innovative delivery models, particularly approaches that help people leave the streets, secure sustainable accommodation and achieve lasting stability, independence and wellbeing. Suppliers able to work collaboratively with other services and connect residents to wider support should prepare to explain their delivery models, outcomes and partnership experience. SMEs and voluntary, community or social enterprises are expressly considered suitable. This remains preparation for a possible future procurement, not a competition to bid for now. ## Notice The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking to engage with organisations and providers that have relevant experience, expertise, and an interest in delivering services to people who are homeless, rough sleeping, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing domestic abuse. The Council welcomes views from existing and prospective providers, voluntary and community sector organisations, specialist services, housing and accommodation providers, and other organisations with relevant knowledge and experience. The purpose of this engagement is to understand the strengths and challenges of current provision, identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation, and inform the Council's future service requirements and commissioning approach within Hillingdon.
