The Council is seeking feedback from potential suppliers to help inform the development of any future procurement and to gain a better understanding of available solutions, market capacity, and innovation in this area. This PME exercise is for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition. Manchester City Council reserves the right not to proceed with any future procurement arising from this engagement. ### Planning Information The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest.
