The scope is flexible, specialist and often lower-volume recruitment and talent support, including job-search and employee-relocation services. It also appears to involve software and technical services: administration, enterprise resource planning and database software, programming, software supply and software maintenance. The requirement is classified as a service and is intended for Defence-wide use rather than a single site. The buyer is the Ministry of Defence, a central government authority. Suppliers able to combine recruitment and talent expertise with supporting digital platforms, systems integration or managed software services may find the scope relevant.
