Network Rail is seeking information from the market to support the next evolution of its Remote Condition Monitoring capability, currently known as RADAR. The future platform, referred to as RADAR 3, is intended to consolidate and modernise this capability, support national-scale asset condition monitoring, and provide a foundation that can scale into the future Great British Railways operating model. This procurement will be undertaken as an open market exercise using the Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), with the objective of procuring an Examinations system application comprising licences, support, and minor configuration. The purpose of this PME is to engage with the supply base and request information relating to platform, software and managed service capabilities available in the market for large-scale, enterprise Remote Condition Monitoring.
