## Summary

Magenta Living is procuring a combined merchant materials supply and waste management service for its responsive repairs, empty-home works, planned maintenance, investment programmes and environmental services. Renewal: Magenta Living will determine whether to extend the Contract based on the needs of its business, service delivery requirements and the performance of the Service Provider.
