The service will provide integrated community health support for children through three tiers: universal preventative support, targeted group programmes and targeted one-to-one programmes. Delivery will combine face-to-face and online services. The approach will use proportionate universalism, adapting support to address obesity-related health inequalities across the county. As the service is soon coming to an end, we intend to go out to procurement for a successive Child Weight Management Service across Cambridgeshire. The new service will be a 3 step (tier) integrated service, combining universal preventative support with more targeted group and one to one programmes.
