The Award Criteria are: * 60% Quality - Supplier technical submissions * 40% Cost - Pricing document completed and submitted by the supplier to include payment terms. The three (3) tenderers achieving the highest scores following evaluation will be shortlisted to attend an interview. An agenda for the interview will be provided with the invitation to attend. Scores awarded for quality during the evaluation process may be adjusted to take account of the responses provided by the selected tenderers at interview.
