Civil and Structural Engineering Services Provision of civil and structural engineering consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include structural assessments, surveys, feasibility studies, structural and civil design, drainage and infrastructure design, technical specifications and coordination with other design disciplines across refurbishment, redevelopment and new-build projects. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services Provision of mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include surveys, feasibility studies, system assessments, design and specification of building services, energy and sustainability solutions, infrastructure upgrades and coordination with other design disciplines across refurbishment, redevelopment and new-build projects.
