Since washing and dry-cleaning services are regularly required for both residential and non-residential properties, having a formal contract in place would improve efficiency. Once this contract is established, services such as washing and dry cleaning can be carried out as per requirements in a timely and streamlined manner. Furthermore, it will eliminate the need to obtain multiple quotations for each requirement, thereby simplifying the procurement process and facilitating payments through GPC.
