## Summary

The Financial Conduct Authority is exploring a social media monitoring solution agreement to review and improve its social listening and digital insight capabilities. The requirement is for services covering social media monitoring, digital insight, information technology, media storage and related communications or multimedia software. The RFI will help the FCA validate and refine its requirements, understand what the market can provide and consider different commercial approaches before making future decisions.
