## Summary

The University of Portsmouth Higher Education Corporation is planning to procure a comprehensive health and safety software solution for use across the University in Portsmouth. The system is intended to replace manual health and safety processes, reduce overall risk, support real-time monitoring and enable data-driven decision-making. Following their review, suppliers are invited to complete the questionnaire provided and submit their responses through the In-Tend portal no later than Midday on 2nd October 2026. Responses received will be used to help inform the development of the procurement strategy and specification and will not form part of any future tender evaluation.
