Adnodd will only consider bids that deliver a full suite of resources. Adnodd will not look to award multiple contracts to more than one supplier to deliver these resources per subject. The contract is for the production, sale and delivery of a complete series of books. Suppliers can look to form partnerships with other specialist organisations, however there must be a single lead organisation who will have overall responsibility for the Bid and subsequent contract. The books will be produced and available for sale. The RRP of each title should be competitive and affordable. The maximum available budget is PS400,000.00 (inc. VAT). However, due to the anticipated sale of the resources, Bidders will be required to demonstrate how projected sales income has been calculated and how this income will be deducted from the overall project costs and contract price. To support this calculation, Adnodd/WJEC can provide candidature data to interested Bidders. These figures will be included within the Specification document when it is published. Adnodd will be looking to fund new resources that are: bilingual (Welsh and English versions) written by educators, expert subject practitioners, examiners and/or consultants offering comprehensive curriculum coverage, scaffolded guidance and valuable and innovative assessment support for learners endorsed by WJEC developed and available by 1 November 2027 Resources must be in print format; however, digital materials may also be included in proposals provided there is clear justification, supported by compelling evidence of need.
