It is also essential to enable the Council to manage its assets well. The team are regularly required to provide information from the database as a result of the transparency agenda, freedeom of information requests and on receipt of enquiries from statutory organisations, elected members and the public need. Hence, there is a requirement to be able to access information quickly and easily.",
