The intended scope covers workflow and case management, due diligence, screening and monitoring, and identity and document verification. The Bank is seeking evidence of market capability, viable delivery models, whole-life cost implications, and realistic implementation and migration timescales. The proposed capability is intended to support FFC activities across workflow and case management, due diligence, screening and monitoring, and identity and document verification.
