## Summary

Gloucestershire County Council intends to procure a single-provider support service for young people in Gloucestershire, delivered as the STREET service. The work will focus on healthy relationships and domestic abuse support, including services that help young people understand, develop and maintain safe relationships and address domestic abuse-related needs. Smaller businesses and voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations are expressly considered suitable, making early preparation around delivery capacity, safeguarding arrangements, referral pathways and evidence of relevant service experience worthwhile before the procurement reaches the market.
